All of our events are handled with a 5- Step Project Management Methodology based approach. This includes:

Initiating - Consulting with you about your event to gain a better understanding of client expectations.

Planning-  Determining precisely what is needed from all facets to make your event a success. 

Executing- Working directly with the client/business partners frequently leading up to the day of the   actual event to implement your concepts.

Monitoring/ Controlling- Being there for you on the day of the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly and as planned and that all risks are avoided or mitigated seamlessly.

Closing- Following up with the client after the event to ensure that everything is resolved.
